    Am 2. Mai wird traditionell der Internationale Harry-Potter-Tag gefeiert, um an die epische Schlacht von Hogwarts aus "Harry Potter und die Heiligtümer des Todes" zu erinnern. Es scheint, als ob die bevorstehende Ankündigung in dieser Woche etwas mit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic zu tun haben könnte.

    Universal hat kürzlich die Attraktion "Starfall Racers" in "Stardust Racers" umbenannt. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, gab es einen Rechtsstreit zwischen Universal und einer anderen Firma bezüglich des Namens, was letztendlich zu dieser Änderung geführt hat.

    Der Namenswechsel deutet darauf hin, dass es rechtliche Bedenken gab, die Universal gezwungen haben, eine weniger konfliktbeladene Bezeichnung zu wählen.

    • Hintergrund der Klage: Die Starfall Education Foundation reichte Anfang des Monats eine Klage beim Bezirksgericht von Colorado ein. Sie behauptete, dass Universal die Marke "Starfall" veruntreut habe, um Kinder anzusprechen und anzuziehen.
    • Markeneintragung: Laut Gerichtsunterlagen reichte die Starfall Education Foundation ihre Marke ursprünglich 2006 ein. Universal Destinations & Experiences reichte im März 2023 ihre Marke für "Starfall Racers" zusammen mit mehreren anderen Namen ein.

    Aufgrund dieses Rechtsstreits entschied sich Universal, den Namen der Attraktion in "Stardust Racers" zu ändern, um weitere rechtliche Auseinandersetzungen zu vermeiden.
